Welcome
We are psychoanalysts practising in Scotland and the North of England who are members of the British Psychoanalytical Society and the International Psychoanalytic Association. While we vary in our experience and seniority, we all trained at the Institute of Psychoanalysis based in London, which is one of the oldest and most respected psychoanalytic societies in the world. We are all registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council.

Psychoanalysts offer regular, ongoing treatment – psychoanalysis or psychoanalytically-informed psychotherapy. This can be helpful both for people who want to understand themselves better, and also for those who suffer with worries about themselves and their functioning in the world. This could be difficulties in relationships or with what goes on in their own minds.
